Is it really free?
Yes. The app is free and so is the key. Every launch needs a new key, made right here on this page.
Why does a key exist at all?
It is a light gate, nothing more. No accounts, no payment, no machine binding. Anyone can make one in a few seconds, so a key is not worth stealing.
Is turning Defender off safe?
It is your call. With Defender and updates off your PC runs without antivirus and without security patches. Plenty of players want exactly that for raw performance, just know the trade. Restore puts Windows back the way it was.
What about Tamper Protection?
Windows blocks every app from switching Defender off while Tamper Protection is on. If it is on, Windows Control tells you to turn it off once in Windows Security, then you press the button again.
Windows says it protected my PC.
SmartScreen warns about new apps it has not seen much yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. You can check the file against the SHA-256 above.
Does it collect my data?
No tracking and no telemetry. It only talks to our server to burn your key and to check for updates.
